Highly recommend ERS. We live I the Wairarapa and took our machine in for a repair and they kindly arranged a courier to send it back over the hill for just $20. Excellent service. I came here for a service on my domestic machine, mainly due to the lengthy wait at a competitor's service centre where I would usually go. Booking & drop off process is fast and easy, service was done in 3 business days and everything is running perfect. I'll definitely come back here for my next machine service.
