My experience is: KG is controlling, overbearing, incompetent, will not be open & honest about his spending, will tell lies to get what HE wants, & doesn't care how much your budget is because he'll spend what HE wants to spend. When, unauthorised, he's blown the budget, he'll expect you to pony up even when he knows you have no money left. His spending doesn't mean he'll give you a finished project. He WILL let you down.
