   Love this cinema. I'm writing this review from when I went to watch the Conjuring 4. The theatre itself is new and modern with large comfy chairs. The bathrooms were also large and clean and so was the waiting lobby. It can be a bit confusing to find the cinemas if you are not familiar with Newmarket mall but there are maps to direct you. Rating is only 4 stars because the young box dyed blonde Justin Timberlake wannabe who served us our popcorn and tickets sounded so bored and uninterested as if he was too cool to be there.

   I watched Mission: Impossible yesterday at Event Cinemas in Westfield Newmarket, and I’m so glad I did! The experience was fantastic—such a stark contrast to my visit to Hoyts Sylvia Park the day before, which was extremely disappointing. Event Cinemas truly impressed me. The entire place, from the lobby to the theatre itself, was spotless and well-maintained. I was especially impressed that they have staff assigned to clean the cinema after each movie—something that really stood out in terms of care and attention to detail. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. Their warm attitude really made a difference. I was so pleased with the service that I didn’t hesitate to book tickets on the spot to return this weekend and watch Jurassic Park! Special thanks to the lovely lady who helped me at the counter with my ticket and drink purchase, and to the kind young man who assisted me after the movie when I booked my next visit. Kudos to the entire team at Event Cinemas Westfield Newmarket—you’ve definitely won me over!

   Bought tickets online - collected those at the self-help stations and then went to queue for a range of snacks and drinks. Polite and friendly service once at the front of the queue with some fantastic flavours for popcorn... Waiting area in reception - luxury cinemas to the left while the other cinemas are upstairs. Seating options to suit your budget - and this certainly adds to your experience of the movie. Surround sound that literally adds an extra dimension to everything. Two thumbs up!!

   One of the best Event Cinemas that I have been to. It is spacious, a great selection of seats, day beds are also available. The staff were helpful and knew how to make sure the customer was heard and helped to the best of their ability. It is rare to find great customer service and my husband and I were pleased with how helpful the staff were. A totally positive experience and we will definitely be going back.

   Why would you design a V-MAX cinema with seats where the handrail is massively blocking part of the screen. These aren't cheap seats, but I couldn't recline without it getting even more in the way. Why would you design it this way? And if you have seats where the view is blocked, be honest about it in the seat selection.

   We went to the Boutique Cinema, the Library for John Wick 4. It is an expensive ticket, but it was also a great experience. You sit in a lovely lounge at the beginning, having a drink, looking at the scenery across Newmarket & choosing your meal & when you'd like it delivered into the cinema. The seats are super comfortable & the staff friendly. It's an excellent choice for long movies that you want to see with a group of friends.

   Great movie theaters with very comfortable chairs. The facilities are impressive. The place felt a bit desserted as after I paid and got my pop corn I didn't see any other staff around. It is sad to see the state of cinemas nowadays.

   Couples date at the Boutique Library. It was relaxing experience. We love everything about it. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Love the coffee and the food. Plenty of time to do selfies after the movie :)
