   Rude customer service and the food, such as the potato fritters and the fish looked and tasted like reheated food from the day before, the chips and sausages were the only freshly cooked food, they use to be good, looks got lazy or they got a new cook.

   This places food is really really good. Just abit dissapointed last night as we ordered $7 chips and it only looked like $2 chips. And whenever you query with the workers they all don't know what you're talking about the language barrier is not very good.

   ordered over the phone for my partner and i and the wontons had no meat and the fish was off!! when i called and asked about it they said it winter time thats why they have no meat!!! make that make sense to me didnt offer any refund or new meal i will not be buying from here again!!!

   I came here once for hot chips , first time I had it I was shocked at how crisp and crunchy yet soft inside. I thought maybe lucky timing. I now go back non stop for chips cause they are still the same crunchy with the best amount of salt. They are definitely the BEST chips I've tasted and if you don't believe me, try for yourself .

   Tidy little takeaway with good customer service and great quality chinese food. Chips are a highlight for me, they are perfectly cooked and salted and the steak fried rice tastes good too. Burgers are ok, gotta eat them before the bun goes soggy from the sauces! Recommended!

   I'm from out of town, was passing through Mangere, spotted the takeaway and stopped to get a feed for the family. First, was very impressed at how clean the store was. Ordered a usual amount of food that we get from the takeaway back home, around $30. Oriental's prices were about the same as back home. But the amount of food they gave me was enormous. About twice as many chips as I was expecting! And they were good chips too. Very generous portion sizes.
