   For delivery drivers – take note. On 1 January 2026, I arrived to pick up an order left unattended on a table with no staff present. As any normal driver would, I checked the label on the bag to confirm it was my order. A India female employee then told me I should not touch the bag because I had “not washed my hands.” I’m not sure how drivers are expected to pick up orders otherwise — perhaps telepathy or mind powers? Truly unbelievable. I did not open the bag or touch the food inside. Despite this, I later received a negative rating related to the incident.

   I bought my family from Canada to eat Taco Bell, which they were so excited for. But when we tried to order food we were treated with disrespect and abrupt behaviour. We were told to leave by store manager when we asked to meet her to inform her about tone of language of her drive thru staff and told we would not be served food. This is so unprofessional just because we made a complaint last time due to bad service and not taking ownership for putting meat in a vegan crunch wrap. I would like to the head office to view footage and see the way the store manager didn’t let us talk and take further action. This is not okay or professional way to treat a customer

   If you're prepared to eat in an actual rubbish tip where nothing is cleaned, leftovers everywhere and the food takes ages to come out, this is your place. But, the food when it does come is nice and hot. Reccomend takeaway for best experience! Also Management might want to get that drink machine fixed, sat here for 30mins watching it steadily stream out coca cola into the drain.

   Soooo bad! My crunch had no crunch and it tasted very off, something wrong with the meat on this day possibly. Look at how it should look online, not that expect it to look like an image but compared to what i received it was pretty disappointing. And i spent $100 on dinner.

   This is really disappointing from a big food chain, I ordered a cantina bowl with grilled chicken via uber eats I got the food but there was no chicken. Only rice lettuce on it. This is really disappointing from a customer point of view. Worst part is that u tired calling them more than 5 times no one received the call. I dnt think we are so busy that we dnt even pick up the call and accept the what wrong is being done. Someone who is waiting for the food and this is what you deliver is really bad. I would never order anything from such a brand whose customer service is really pathetic. Highly disappointed. Not at all recommended for uber orders.

   Forget queuing for mediocre maccas or small dry bits of kfc, Taco Bell is awesome, food was tasty and we'll priced, great flavours plus additional sauces available from the counter. Bonus is the usb charging ports for when your phone needs a feed too! Will be back asap
