    Super poor warranty experience. 2 months and counting to get some filters sorted on a brand new $1600 rangehood after the coating peeled off. An apparent IT issue loading a part number that 4 weeks on is still an issue vs sorting out the customer. Been buying Electrolux for 25 years and it's lucky their products are reliable, especially given this first warranty experience.

    Consider any other brand for your washing machine. Zero customer care beyond your purchase, pushes back to their contracted Service Repairers - refuses to talk to customer - avoid using the provider located in Mt Wellington.

    Bought the top of the line range hood. It was faulty out of the box. They sent a repairman over and now it’s gonna be 3 weeks waiting for a part. Almost failed the final council inspection on the build. Pretty bad experience.

    I was informed by a serviceman that my 5 year old Electrolux oven *which cost $3500 at Harvey Norman) is irrepairable. The door hinges are no longer being manufactured. To ensure the oven maintains it heat I have to 'bungy cord' it I have been dealing with Olivia through the customer care phone line and via email.It is extremely difficult to reach Olivia or to get any help on how to proceed. Olivia confirmed last week that the oven was essentially obsolete and would need replacing. She stated that she would email through a replacement offer the following day. This did not eventuate. I am still having to chase and badger for a resolution to this issue. Is it reasonable that an oven of this value only gives you 5 years service?

    Absolutely appauled by the rude attitude at customer care. Needed replacement parts for my machine which has had parts break every year to the point I had to tape the handle on. $850.00 vaccume from Briscoes. It's under full warranty. They are trying every way to make it hard. Every time I talk to a them there is a new excuse. Now they are blaming me for misuse and won't reply to emails or let me speak to another manager. I would not buy their products ever again.

    Very bad service. Bought a new washing machine from them. I tried to remove the transit bolt. Two out of three bolt came out easily, one got stuck. I called at customer service and they said I have to pay for someone to remove that stuck transit bolt for me. They also confirmed that small transit bolt is hard to get out but I should try harder. I tried for half an hour, no success. I have to call 'fix it man' to remove it. He has to remove back plate of machine to remove the transit bolt. He told me that we was stuck inside so there were no other way to remove it without opening the machine. Very bad experience. Machine is under warranty but still nobody came to fix it. I will never recommend anyone .

    I recently got their new premium vacuum, the F9, and am enjoying it immensely. I spent 30 minutes vacuuming the whole house and it only used one bar of battery. That’s a far cry from my first Dustbuster when I was lucky to get 8 minutes out of it! It will easily replace my large corded Nilfisk for the weekly deep clean based on the amount of gunk it picked up. I also like the adjustable height which makes it very ergonomic. I will note that I haven't used the pull-out hose much as it is quite heavy to be holding it off the ground, but it's a very neat feature. It's yet another awesome product from Electrolux!

    After being given the run around by Noel Leeming on my under warranty vacuum cleaner I contacted Electrolux directly. The lady was super helpful and the part for my vacuum cleaner is on it's way to me :) I am so happy with customer service, thanks loads.
