Lovely lady, but I had to make contact as my keratin hair straightening was a mess the following day. She asked me to come back and explained that I needed to wash my hair and then put hair cream through my hair and blow dry it. This is different compared to other saloons. You need to ask questions so you understand. I give 4 stars because I had to go back
