It’s been more than 10 years, since I got my hair coloured. The warmth from the initial welcome at reception was great. The hairstylist was helpful and professional. My experience overall was good and I was happy with my hair colour and cut.
I have not been to a Hairdresser in over 5 years, cut and colour my own hair. I had the best experience ever today, Attentive lovely staff, was told what was happening etc. Lovely coffee n fudge..I LOVE my new do!! and will def be back!!..oh and love the grabone deals for Vivo too :) Before pic on the left and what I left with on the right
Exceptional service. Quality coffee and fudge always offered upon arrival and constantly checking if you need anything else. Most of all Krista-lee is amazing. Today I had the best colour and cut service I've experienced. EXACTLY what I asked for, in budget and a lovely experience with kind and warm ladies.
Hated the haircut i had. I asked for something and got the opposite, the hairdresser did what she knew, not what asked for. Now i have to wait all over again to get it right. Not to say how expensive it was $85 for a short hair.
The best cut and colour I've ever had! Krista-lee did a beautiful job coloring (balayage) my natural redish hair. I am delighted by the results which exceeded my expectations. Advice about caring for my curly hair was also helpful.
