   I recently visited Western Heights Vivo and had my haircut done by Taz, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I sat down, Taz was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. She took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining what she was doing and why, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her hands. I went in wanting a fresh cut, and she absolutely nailed it. The shape, the style, the finish—everything turned out even better than I imagined. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting the perfect result for her clients. The whole atmosphere at Western Heights Vivo was warm and welcoming, and paired with Taz’s amazing skill and personality, it made the experience even better. I’m absolutely thrilled with my haircut and will definitely be coming back.    Half a year ago I decided to face my grey hair other than having to colour it every 3-4 weeks. The grey is now long enough for a really short haircut but I'd like it not too short... Glad that I called the Vivo Western and I was suggested to book a consultation. The salon has a very comfortable yet professional vibe, with welcoming staff. Taz is friendly, confident and very willing to listen to my thoughts and wishes and worries... We had a thorough discussion and went for "Half Head of Foils & Cut" package. I'm very pleased with the results. The soft highlights eased the transition from my natural grey to the remaining previously dyed hair. I now have a shorter hair style (ear length) that looks modern, but feels practical and easy to manage. Thanks again Tas for your thorough work! See you next time!

   I recently visited Western Heights Vivo after my favourite hairdresser, Taz, moved here. I booked in for a haircut and a half head of highlights, and as always, Taz was bubbly, friendly, and wonderful to chat with. She talked me through the whole process and advised on some colours that would suit me. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my hair turned out. I went for a bob cut as I wanted a fresh change, and Taz nailed it! The colour and cut were exactly what I hoped for. The staff at Western Heights Vivo were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in, which made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be back again!

   Staff members are extremely welcoming, kind, friendly, generous and considerate of your needs. They don't push you for expensive stuff but rather go by what would suit you and your needs. These guys value their customers. Salon is clean, tidy, well presented and welcoming. Overall vibe is good and cheerful. The only potential area of improvement in my opinion could be the business hours. It would be great if they could close a little late of certain days of the week. Also, it would be great to see some promotional offers, loyalty bonuses and customer engagement activities.
