Absolutely nothing less than 5 stars. I have been coming here for years on years and I have never had a terrible experience. The team is absolutely amazing, helpful and super polite!
Consistently good pizzas. Recently moved to Kapiti from Wellington. The pizzas here are significantly better than the ones from my old dominos local. Thin crust are always decent and never over loaded so they don’t go heavy/soggy. Glad to have this dominos as my new local.
Made an online order today at 5:31pm. Internet order no 60d6a082-4d9e-470e-be5f-25879f294cab. Firstly, the delivery guy (Indian man) did not follow delivery instruction on our order then drove his car onto our lawn (while our driveway has plenty of space) causing serious damage! Not impressed! Please look into this as that was an unacceptable customer service.
This is undoubtedly the best dominoes I have ventured into to date. Service is very friendly and professional - on the phone and in person. Pizza is always fresh, well presented and time wise, there are never delays. Store always looks clean and tidy when we pick up. Thank you for doing a great job and cooking our dinner!
Tried to ring to complain about my meal as the toppings are all in the box and hardly on the pizza and my pizza is soggy. Customer service was rude as all hell and did not help at all. Unless you like soggy wet pizza and bad attitudes I’d take your business elsewhere cause this was disgusting just like their customer service.
The manager/owner is super friendly and always sparks up a brief conversation about the fake NBA player name I use.
First time going here, in town for my daughter's dance comp. Really hard to find at night, driveway not signposted. Had to guess
Shady pricing... Super deceptive. Must be barely legal. Pizza Hut doing the same. Switch to upfront pricing structure please.
Best Domino's I have visited. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fast and efficient. Have been to others with triple the staff who couldn't compete with the paraparaumu store for customer experience. Returned the next day it was so good.
Bloody good. Fast, fresh, tasty. Polite delivery guy Daniel. Thanks heaps for delivering us lazy buggars a nice hot meal. Those new milkshakes are brilliant!!
