   It was my first time to dined in this small restaurant. I noticed the young lady in the counter area is so nice, she smile and asked me my order.i like her service very much. I order lasagne even though is a little bit expensive but it's fine with me.what is important with me is the great service. She brought my order to my table and asked me if I needed more.im sorry my English is not good.im only a bus driver at metlink assigned at Rail Replacement.

   Ordered at 6.10pm told our order of 3 pizza's would be ready to collect at 6.35pm. Great because we are watching the All Blacks live on TV 7.05pm (pizza and beer). But it's chaos inside Pronto a dozen or more people waiting, some dining in, many like me collecting take away. Told it'd be a few minutes. Fine. 6.50pm no sign. I complain I was told it'd be ready at 6.35pm be ready in a few minutes. The food is eventually ready after 7pm! I've missed the All Blacks kick off, and sat around waiting almost half an hour. Ridiculous!

   We ordered pizza online, which estimated 25 minutes until it’d be ready. We arrived 35 minutes later and were told they had forgotten to accept/process our online order and would make it now. No apology or offer of anything to improve our experience. Very frustrating when we have a tired baby waiting with us.

   Most excellent thin base pizza. They customised a beschamel based pizza for me to give me an old favourite, spinach with feta, garlic and chili. It was so perfectly cooked and just moreish that I want to go back tomorrow for more. Thank you to the whole team for some of the best pizza around.
