Very very poor Customer service, they don’t know how to greet their customers and provide a good customer service, too much attitude for serving the customer, don’t recommend anyone to go there. It’s better to go to Domino’s.
Attitude towards customers is just nasty. Unhelpful and struggle to empathise. On one occasion they even tried to deliver me a stone cold pizza.
What do you have to do to get a good compitent pizza place in Paraparaumu? I just ordered pizza online. I then followed up my order with a phone call to the branch, specifically asking for the pizzas to be delivered no earlier than 6:20pm. The pizza arrived a few mins ago, and as I am typing this it's 6:00pm. My guests arrive at 6:20pm. Guess what, I am serving cold pizza for dinner. What more do I have to do? The previous time I ordered from Pizza Hutt, they didn't ring the doorbell (no I did not select contactless delivery, the store confirmed this when I called them afterwards). They left the pizza on the front porch until I thought to check there. The pizza was ice cold because it's the middle of winter. I called them up, they apologised and sent a fresh order. Do I have to call them up every time to ensure good service? Yikes.
Our go-to quick pizza spot in Param. This pizzahut does a good job and is always nailing our order. The pull apart cheesy Kit Kat is next level.
Ordered the spicy veggie, which we’ve always liked in the past. This trip a ridiculous amount of jalapeño was on it so we needed to pick that off before our mouths melted, c’mon Pizza Hut god and goddesses: don’t overload - those little beggars are hot!!! A few days later I phoned and asked them to replace the pizza with another with a lot less jalapeños - Like it should be. Pizza Hut Kapiti came good - we were delivered a new pizza which was ok to eat without picking 2/3 of the hot little chillies off.
Me and my partner and his family went and ordered some pizza last night for his birthday and we had to go in 3 times and they still messed up our order, unbelieveable
Cold, fix your door so it doesn't screech and please for the love of God hire adults who listen, repeat your order back, and take your name down. Terrible, terrible service. Had to repeatedly state my order and it still came out wrong.
We're having a pizza party for my kids birthday and the pizza was delivered on time as stated while ordering online.. .. thanks pizza hut.
ZERO STARS! Awful service. We've have had someone else's order delivered to our home on more than one occasion and by the time it was sorted our food was cold. No offer of refund or having a fresh order delivered. Phone is never answered so nearly impossible to reach the store when these things happen. If by some miracle they do answer the phone they have NO telephone manner and just mumble at you and then hang up! Delivery is always about 1hr late (on a good day). Don't waste your time!
Absolutely useless. We ordered to be delivered at 5.30. Didn't get delivered til 6.30. No apology. Still warm so had just been cooked. Weird bases. Not the usual puffy sort. We will NOT be ordering again.
