   Our flight was delayed and got placed here and so glad we did! Great service from Sajan, even at 2am very cheerful and friendly! Great service! Rooms is clean and tidy nothing better after a full day of travel then a hot shower and a Power Nap in a clean room. Thankyou for having us!

   Stayed here for a night to get an onward flight . Rooms were modern clean and very comfortable. Fresh milk in fridge for teas and coffees was a real plus . We had mussels and bruschetta at the bar and both were delicious. The happy hour drinks (4-8pm) were a bargain We also had the continental and cooked buffet breakfast options which had a wide range of options and good value . Would recommend to anyone staying near the airport.

   This was our first stay at this hotel, and the airport shuttle service was a definite plus. We appreciate the front desk staff arranging a quiet room for us. The downside was the lack of power outlets in the room—there were none in the bathroom. To charge our mobile phones, we had to unplug the power of hotel phone or crawl on the floor to find an outlet under the desk. Additionally, it would be more convenient if there were some hooks on the walls for hanging clothes or towels.

   Free shuttle to airport. Nice room. Location is in a commercial area so there is some noise. Pool and gym are a short walk from the hotel. Food was good, they will make omelets for breakfast. They cater to tour groups so it can be busy at times.

   I had a wonderful experience at JetPark Hotel. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate the hospitality and care shown by the team — highly recommend JetPark Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

   Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable quiet until they started to do maintenance the next morning. The free ev charging was great, but you need either your own cable or to pay a $300 bond for the hotel cable. Make sure you lock the cable while connected as it's outdoor parking. 8 hours to charge from 20% to 80%. But it was free charging and parking. Located across from building 4 entrance. Only hotel that offered this free.

   We will stayed the night before we return to Japan. The room was simple but not cheap, the restaurant had a calm atmosphere and delicious food that was perfect for transitioning from the madness of travel to reality. A convenient shuttle service to the airport was available to head home early in the morning. thanks.

   Traveller from overseas and I had booked in last minute as I had an issue with Ramada hotel and JetPark hotel was able to accommodate immediately after they heard what had happened with Ramada hotel. The staff was top notch and attentive. They were super friendly and offered me a discount as well as breakfast for my entire stay! I have already recommended this hotel to my family when I went back home. They have restaurants downstairs for breakfast, lunch & dinner. They also offer room service if you want to stay in. Each staff I walked past even in the lifts always greeted me with a happy face. Not only do I support this place but I highly recommend them, they offer free shuttle buses to the airport which I also booked. The shuttle service came early and left right on time (3.30am) the receptionist even came out to carry my luggage and greeted me off. It was such a pleasant stay. The staff really know how to accomodate to their guest to ensure they have the best stay and experience. Everything was clean and tidy. I actually can’t fault this place. I know I will choose this place again when I travel back with my family. The food was also delicious, I think I’ve gained a few kgs during my stay there lol but overall 10/10

   Main disappointment was Cafe style food for sale. The ham had already gone brittle, and hard on the edges. Had me wondering how long it had been sitting there when we arrived mid afternoon. Also staff sitting back playing on cell phones. Rooms were well maintained and very adequate for requirements. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Top marks for staff,( the ones not on phones). Cheers

   Due to flight delays Air New Zealand put us up for a night here, but we never felt it was simply a cheap bed for the night; we were never disappointed with the experience. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. We arrived late in the evening and still there was a meal available. It was a little costly for steak and fries without vegetables, but it was certainly welcome at the end of a very long day. The room had one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in in the last two and a half months, and the overall service was excellent. We will book there ourselves if ever we need a night before a flight.
