Nice and small lounge, clean, comfortable and a good drink selection. In the morning they usually have a cooked breakfast offering, the few times I have been the food quality has been really good, Honorable mention to staff member Grahame who senms to be their most times I fly in the morning. Friendly and very professional in his manners and dress.

The Qantas Lounge is very nice and clean, with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Itβs a comfortable spot to unwind before a flight. The food options during my visit were limited to finger foods and mini pies, which were decent but not particularly exciting. Nice selection of beverages. Still, the overall experience was positive.

I really enjoyed my time in this lounge and itβs one of Qantasβ better smaller offerings. Thereβs a decent spread of food which is kept topped up with fresh items and the free pour drinks are never left running low either. All the seating is comfortable with plenty of electric sockets throughout, with good views out of the large windows. Nice decor throughout with some pleasant reading available makes it relaxing as well as functional and the bathroom facilities are clean. Best of all are the informative yet entertaining announcements made by the front desk - Iβve never been kept so well informed during delays and thereβs no chance of you getting to the gate too early, or indeed late, with the key information they share - brilliant service! I look forward to returning.

A small lounge but has all the basics & it is clean. We had trouble trying to attract any service from the kitchen staff as they didn't emerge from the back room whilst we were there. No barista coffee, limited food & drinks.

A clean and relatively quite lounge with key essentials, including a business/printing area for work. There's a standard selection of food and beverages and it's right next to the Qantas gates. The only thing will be to touch up the signage of the showering area - in particular to clear of what's classified as rubbish (Cloth Towels only - but the room doesn't even off cloth towels, and what's the definition of Waste Paper - when the lounge offers plastics and toothbrushes - where do they go). I say that because I see these two bins are mixed up and does not have any proper garage bag lining, which will make cleaning difficult. Other than that, a good lounge with plenty of seating.

Confusing entry policy of requirement to pre link invitations. Unhelpful staff when requesting assistance with next flights.

Blown away by the freshness and taste of the food and drink offered. Fantastic! The only reason this is not five stars is because the right-wing tv channel Sky News was on and impossible to ignore. So offensive. Both left and right anti-democratic opinion βnewsβ should not be playing here.

Incident happened on 19th feb 2023 at Sydney airport: I havent witnessed an airline cancelling flights like the way Qantas and kicking out of airport forcing to collect check in baggages due to flight cancellation go thru immigration and customs clearance having a 11 month infant and 6 check in bags(out of which airline missed one). It was one hell out of a journey which we would want to forget soon and still going thru the distress and trauma. The airline helpdesk staff setup at sydney airport were the worst people i have ever met in my life. They treated every passenger as a 3rd class citizen. They lady(Qantas Staff) walking thru the queue was busy only handing over the leaflets and forcin to choose their own accomodation. Though we requested to provide accomodation at a near by hotel as our toddler was losing her patience, she hadnt considered our request and turned down our request. After standing in the queue for 3 hours, we were given a hotel which is 40 kms away from airport and told to pay for our own transport which was more 300$ trip in the night with all the checked im baggages had to go. It was such a terrible experience. Dear Qantas, itβs easy to handle situations when things are going smooth. Please teach your staff to handle tough situations and stand their side, giving some exemptions to passengers travelling with infants, elderly people. You would hardly have 1-2 families per flight.

Good place to chill whilst waiting a flight. The environment is pleasant. Itβs not that big, thatβs probably why the tables are quite crowded. Not much variety of food but good quality. The drinks selection was good.

REASONABLE LOUNGE GIVEN THE AIRPORT SIZE OK, so its not up there with the Sydney or Melbourne international lounges but it is quite functional and spacious. Food selection is quite limited so I would advise grabbing a bite before you go go through security. The lounge is not open all day so best to check beforehand.
