   My husband and I went in on the weekend to pick up my resized rings. They were so helpful in making sure everything was right and fitted well. Dyani was a pleasure to deal with and had great customer service, which can be hard to find sometimes in retail these days. One time a year ago she even let my little girl try on a fancy ring! All the staff have been friendly when I've been in there. So happy to be able to be wearing my wedding rings again.

   I moved to Aussie last year, and in that time of me being in Melbourne, my necklace broke. To get it fixed at a Michael hill store, I needed a receipt. I called Michael Hill Coastlands and I was assisted by Ying. Ying went above and beyond for me, ensuring I successfully received my receipt, even called my Aussie number back, texted me, and confirmed that I received the email. 10/10 service from Ying, absolutely lovely, kind, and overall, beyond amazing!
