What a great experience, Clint delivered an engaging and entertaining session and I walked away with some learnings to enhance my BBQ skills. On top of that the food was outstanding and the rest of the team involve were fantastic.
I did the Black Dog bbq course and it was fantastic. Clint, Vicki and Troy did a professional job sharing their knowledge and the food was excellent. I really appreciated the tips on how to achieve great results at home when we are time poor. Definitely worth attending if you have the chance, a great day out. Thanks
We catered a lunch for one of our customers with Black Dog BBQ. The food was delicious! And Clint was great to deal with, very helpful and accommodating, nothing was a problem and even added some extra numbers last minute which he was able to allow for. Will defiantly use them again.
I contacted Black Dog to cater for a work function I was asked to organise. Despite being on short notice of about a week, and right before a public holiday, he managed to make the catering for 35 people incredibly easy. He was communicative, friendly, and on top of it all from the moment I called to enquire. We were served brisket and pulled pork in heated buffet style tubs, with plenty of buns, coleslaw, and pickles/onions/condiments to go with it, with some sweet treats on the side. All enjoyed the food, and the portion sizes were perfect with even some left over. The pricing was great too! Highly recommend getting in touch with Clint for his great catering service. The food was fantastic and enjoyed by all at the function. Can't recommend this enough if you're in the mood for some mean American BBQ - Clint's a great guy who served some great food. Will definitely consider getting in touch with Black Dog again for any future events.
Black Dog BBQ provided an A+++ Lunch for our team at Metco Engineering. Super accommodating, friendly team and not to mention the delicious food that just kept on coming! Look forward to getting Black Dog BBQ back for our next function!!

Amazing experience with Black Dog BBQ’s classes and the food was awesome. I went and bought a smoker and got started. Black Dog BBQ was super helpful and was always happy to give me advice and assistance to ensure I had a great experience. Can’t recommend BDBBQ enough.
