Have never been greeted when I've just walked through the door. Loved it. Good food. Good drinks. Friendly service.
A great dining place with view of the past. The St George platter was good in size for sharing. The loaded wedges, scotch fillet, sticky asian glazed chicken, and korean style ribs tasted great and cooked perfectly. Each meal were decent portion. We left the place smiling. As the place is in the city, you need to pay for your parking if you are driving.
The bar is nice enough. Staff were great. The quiz was good (savage is amazing as the quiz host), but it was really really cold inside because they had the door wide open. Like why wouldn't you just close the door? I don't understand.
This was a first table booking. Very impressed by the quality of our meals, check the George out! You won't be disappointed.
Ordered the platter for two, plenty of food, fast service, good eating
After being disappointed by McDs Kiwi Burger, I had a craving for a more authentic one... paired with a Panhead Supercharger, craving gone!
