Unfortunately have closed down for good along with the anime shop. Had to take my daughter to Noah's ark for her milk tea which we ended throwing in the bin because it was just awful, please open up a stall or a separate shop

Ordered a strawberry slush with grape pearls. So delicious, servers were nice too.
I went in for a quick look around but ended up coming out with a drink, the customer service I received from the young asian woman worker was lovely! She helped me decide on my drink as I do not often enjoy bubble tea. Would come back to check the store too, it’s much more full than the Henderson one!!
Have only ever had big pearls avalible twice, out of the 20 times we have been in store (This is at mid day not around closing time and there is never any cooking or being prepared). I suggest having some initiative and cooking more pearls or ordering more stock as this Is a regular problem. I have to really get the staff members attention to get served aswell.
i went in at 11am but the guy working just sat behind the covered bit of the counter and didnt say anything, i thought he might be doing a task so i waited a bit behind the counter but he just ignored me, we made eye contact for a second so im confident he knew i was there. just super confused? usually if they go on break they will pull the door down? 11/08/23

The tea is good and consistent with the other branches, but they’re often closed during hours they say they’re open. I’ve come by a couple times 30 mins before closing but they’ve already shut up for the day. Once arrived 2 hours before closing and they were already closed!
