It was a very bad experience. This morning (September 19th, 10:30 am), I was very happy to come to your store to order a drink. However, the staff at the front desk who took my order was very reluctant to help me. I just ordered a regular matcha latte with a shot and asked to change it to oat milk. She had a very angry face throughout the process and didn't say a word of greeting or thanks. But she was very willing to take orders for people with white skin. This made me feel discriminated against. What a terrible service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for no cream in my drink TWICE he handed it back to me with cream AGAIN and was talking about the ice. I donβt care about the ice, what I cared about is the cream. And then drinking it why did it just taste like milk with common in it? Where is the caramel and churro flavour? If youβre going to charge $9 per drink at least make it correctly.

I'm scoring two stars today because the customer service was quite poor. I watched how my Frapuccino just sat there for 10 minutes before I end up asking if that was mine. I guess stupid on my part but I would've thought the customer service would've put it up to saying that it was ready instead of watching it melt on the bench where I could not touch it.. There was absolutely no communication between the two girls. They seem to be doing their own thing and I think that's reason why I saw so many coffees go to customers that had come long after while I was still waiting for my Frapuccino. Unfortunately, I know the shop is quite busy but maybe you need either extra staff on or the two girls need to start communicating with each other.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been. The cement floor makes loud sound everytime people move the chair, one side with full of glasses has no blinds has direct sun so people have to sit facing towards the bright sun and hot. The group of teenagers taking sofas with no drinks but feets on the table and chair, but no single staff comes and check. This is definitely not a family friendly cafe who wants to enjoy quiet and cozy atmosphere. The manager should 1. Install the blind, 2. Lay the carpet on the floor, 3. Change the music from radio songs to famous relaxing Starbucks musics, 4. Check the dining room regularly (cleaniness and atmosphere), 5. Make the cafe as cozy as possible, not like the clothing shops with loud radio musics.

This one starbucks is reaaaally dirty. The tables and chairs need an upgrade, the display cabinet needs to be cleaned and the FLOOR is just gross to walk on. The 1 star is for the friendly service.

I have frequented this Branch for well over 4 years now, and the most outstanding employee has been this young man - I think his name is Mana. Every time he has served me, he has always been upbeat, positive, welcoming, and Iβve only ever ordered the one thing and whenever he makes my drinks, itβs always on point. In recent times, he has even remembered my order, even before I prompt him. He is definitely an asset to your company. Good job Mana, thank you.

Popped in for coffee. A very tired Starbucks. Staff friendly and helpful. However the place needs a good clean / refurbish. On walking in. The place smelt of stale milk and not coffee! Entry seats were dirt with rubbish around then and this made it look run down. Conservatory was unswept, cold and uninviting. Coffee ok. Nothing special.

Never again, this was the second time I went here and order all VENTI (the largest) cups of coffee one with cream, one with no cream and one flat white. These people literally did not fill my cup to the top there is like 6 inches of coffee missing!!! I compared the one with cream with the one without and the gap is the same! I order a VENTI NOT A GRANDE this is not fair nor is this the right thing! More over since masks are no longer mandatory the staff had the audacity to bad talk about why Iβm wearing a mask right in front of me! How rude. Such a degrading service for a big chain company. I would love to post the photos but itβs not lettting me when I figure it out Iβll definitely post it this needs to be exposed! I(edit: photos are up) more importantly the smaller cups are full to the brim, the fact that the venti are $8.20 and are only as look as a cheaper smaller cup it ridiculous! The Flat white is full to the brim thatβs how it is supposed to be! The white mocha should have been too since it does not come with cream! Only realised when I got home, had no reason to doubt before canβt go back since I have work! This is not acceptable and should be dealt with. Donβt rip customers off!

Dec2019: Recently renovated. Good open style offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Very handy location being at the entrance to the mall. Also very close to motorway. Being a regular customer, I noticed in my recent resist there has been continuous staff turn over. Perhaps this is a results of new management? Also there is this tall male staff, he never smiles to customers, and look at you in a blank way. Impossible to have conversations with. Reduced current rating to 3 stars due to staff turn over and unfriendly individual staff mentioned above. (he is featured in one of the photos below in red T shirt) Aug2019: (rated 5 stars then) Awesome Team and services, they will remember you by name. Services such as this one is hard to come by nowadays. Great place and very easy parking.
