Generally a pretty good take away, but wouldn't recommend the orange beef. Dry and overly chewy poor quality beef.
Definitely the best. The chips are absolutely perfect, combined with the breaded fish fillets so you can taste the freshness of the fish, gives you the best takeaway experience. I know where I will be heading first whenever I return to Wellington!
Just had a feed of Fush & Chups. Happy as with the portions. Good amount of meat in the wontons too. Will be back next time we are in the area.
First time here. We ordered Singapore noodles, fried rice and Beef with black pepper sauce. Was told it will be ready in 30min, they were ready in 20min. Phone was ringing non-stop and people were coming in and out, very busy take away. The food itself was good. Portion was large. Will visit again.
Well worth the trip and the wait (if there is one on a busy day). There’s a reason they’re often busy - quite easily the best fish and chips in the whole Wellington area. As someone from the UK it’s genuinely the only place I can go and have fish and chips anything like they are back home. Absolutely fantastic. Young staff very competent and friendly too. Prices outstandingly reasonable as well. Will be going back for many years hopefully.
Extremely disappointed by the service. Made an order online. Went to collect 25 mins later, just to find out they thought it was a prank because of how large the order was (Over $100). They had my contact details and failed to contact me to confirm. Then waited an additional 45 mins to complete order (person behind counter said it would only be 10 mins which was an obvious lie). If you’re going to have “pay at counter” as an option at least reach out to confirm with the details provided if you have concerns. The fish n chips were mediocre.
