   Outstanding service at Burger Fuel Porirua. The staff member went above and beyond. He also let my daughters make their own ice creams behind the counter and even offered to cool down their kids’ meals so they could enjoy them sooner. Their customer service is genuinely top tier every single time I’ve popped in for a meal. The staff are always so helpful, kind, and consistent. After a tough day, his kindness and thoughtfulness truly lifted my mood. Businesses like this absolutely deserve all the support!

   Hi BurgerFuel Team, I visited your Porirua store recently and ordered the Backfire burger with grilled chicken. Literal backfire, I was really disappointed by both the food and the overall vibe of the visit, we left hungry, and considered going to McDonald's. The chicken in the burger was incredibly thin — almost the same as the bacon — and didn’t have much flavour. Your literature describes this burger as a monster, it was not it also looked nothing like the thick, juicy chicken breast shown in your promotional photo (I’ve attached both photos for comparison). We didn’t raise it at the time because, frankly, the staff already seemed rude and a bit standoffish before we even ordered. That didn’t make us feel comfortable giving feedback in person. I’ve always seen BurgerFuel as a higher-quality burger spot, but this experience didn’t reflect that at all. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and follow up with the Porirua team. I’d also appreciate hearing what’s being done to make this right.

   I've visited this restaurant a few times, and each experience has been fantastic. The service is consistently excellent—always polite and quick. Even if your meal seems to take a while, trust me, it’s worth the wait! The flavor of their burgers is incredible! If you're a fan of chicken, I highly recommend trying the Burnout Burger. The sides are also amazing; the chips are perfectly crispy and delicious! If you've had a long day and you're hungry, BurgerFuel is the place to go.

   Porirua Burgerfuel, messed up my order again. This is 3 times in a row. First time, I ordered chicken burnout burger and no bacon, they gave me bacon, I called them and they happily exchanged it. Second order chicken burnout no bacon they gave me beef burger and today before picking up the order I talked to the manager and told her everything, she was happy to give me anything for free but I refused. I asked them to double check my order. They checked my order and said everything is good. BUT WHEN I GOT MY ORDER HOME THE CHIPS WAS UNDER COOKED I COULDN’T EAT HALF OF EAT. IT WAS HARD. I JUST GIVE UP THEY ARE PATHETIC. NOT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM BURGERFUEL PORIRUA. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

   Always good chicken and beef burgers and a decent size too, but getting up there in price. Love the kumara fries with aoili. Service inside store is ok and as you'd expect from a takeaway store. Could be friendlier. Their website to order online is very good and easy to use. My food was ready for pickup at the expected time, which was great.

   Service was great, I didn't even have to stand up though they seem adamant to serve you right where you were. The music they played was very homey feeling as a young adolescent myself. Food is always a 10/10, and cleanliness was top notch.

   Absolutely stunning food, was way more filling than expected, so I ordered too much. Burger Fuel is expensive, so come expecting to spend a bit more than your average burger joint. You'll come away feeling more statisfied in your belly though. They were beautifully made, very full flavoured burgers, which was just perfect. The restaurant was a bit cold, I was glad to get back to my warm car. My only gripe

   If I could give 0 stars, I would. Firstly, we were ignored while standing at the counter to order to the point that customers lining up behind us had to ask if we had already ordered... I had to ask the person if they were taking orders because they were working right in front of me and didn't acknowledge me at all. Then while I was waiting, I saw how disgusting the floors and food preparation was. I didn't even finish my meal because the thought of what the fridge and other areas customers can't see must be like grossed me out so much. There was rubbish all over the floor and an over flowing bin. The workers were at first wearing gloves, but then using the gloves to touch the registers and then going back to making food... But by the time my food was made, they had no gloves on... Many workers were touching their hair/face and then touching the food (without gloves on). I won't be back, completely mortified.
