   Been with them for 10 years and use to have such great service, but unfortunately not recently. I had an appointment scheduled for September and after being cancelled 3 times by Lumino, was able to have the appointment 3 months later in December. During the appointment, the staff member suggested I go to another dental practice. When trying to arrange the next appointment, the receptionist was rude and came off as so unhappy to be there. Ended up telling her I'll book it online myself because of how unfriendly she was.

   Wonderful service from Jake. I am so very happy. Jake made me top and bottom partial dentures that look so natural and I have had no worries and no pain!.I can smile, laugh and feel my mouth is natural again.    I highly recommend Jake for dentures. He made a set of dentures for my elderly Mum. She doesn’t have much gum to hold the dentures but Jake worked out a special design and Mum says the dentures feel like they are her own teeth. They don’t hurt or move in her mouth and this has given her back a lot of confidence. Also, a special shout out to Alyssa at reception who is a pleasure to deal with and was very kind with my Mum.

   Thank you Lumino Red Beach for a pleasant experience today. Chris and his assistant were very personable, efficient and gentle. The options are explained in detail to achieve the best outcome and you receive step by step instructions of what is happening to put you at ease. Great customer care all round, I highly recommend!

   I am so disgusted with Luminos Red Beach I got dentures about 2 years ago this is the 3rd time they have broken my dentures cost me alot of money $5,000 plus I expect them to last longer than 2 years they have just split for the 3rd time and had to super glue them as cannot afford to pay out again my dad got his years ago never had a problem or breakage it shows the workmanship is poor today than years ago I have been told they break as wear and tear for god sake they are only 2 years old I will be putting this on FB to assure no one else gets ripped off they never blame there workman ship they always say its wear and tear luminos you are a rip off! It is alot of money to invest you would hope the dental technician would repair at no cost dont go to Jake at Red Beach I only wish I had got reveiws before I got my teeth done Poor work Jake!!!! you just about take a mortgage out to repair your teeth dental is over the top in price now!

   The dentists here are very good however, they have rescheduled my husbands booking multiple times despite it being booked in 2 months in advance . First booking got rescheduled due to the dentist being unavailable on that day at the time booked, but then when calling to book a new appointment they advised it was double booked. Couldnt then rebook till a month out to have the evening times (around same timing as what he booked). Then the day before his appointment recieved a text that he was double booked again and to call to rebook. When calling I discussed that this has been the second time this has happened to him and is there anyway someone could see him earlier rather than pushing out another month again. They said they would call me back that day to confirm if they can. Two days later no call back so called again, same receptionist then told me it wasnt a double booking it was that there was an urgent surgery that meant he couldnt have his same appointment, and nothing earlier could be booked, it would be a month again to get the same evening time. So disappointing as my sister Alana had the same thing as well earlier this year, there must be a consistent issue with their booking system or the people who are scheduling. We are now having to try book else where as his dental exam has now become urgent :'(

I'd like to mention Sue at reception, Chris, my dentist, Kelly my dental hygienist and Gale especially - you're exceptional and I really appreciate the connection you make with me, by making sure I'm as comfortable as I can be during treatments.
