First time at Long Bay lumino and was very impressed with their care. Brought my Mum in who has dementia and Jeniffer, Merilyn & the team treated her with patience, dignity and kindness.
Had a hygiene clean with Jennifer today. She is the best hygienist I’ve had! She is so lovely and friendly. Very efficient and thorough. I felt very at ease with her nice manner and good communication. Thanks Jennifer!
The dentist only works a couple of days a week. So if you have any major work that needs to be done I'd recommend another dentist incase there are ongoing complications which need review. Otherwise pleasant to deal with.
Had a hygiene done with Jennifer, this time I had the airflow done instead of the scaler and she did an amazing job!! No pain, was very gentle, kept checking up on me, explaining the procedure and everything she was doing & made me feel relaxed. Thank you so much!! Will definitely recommend her to others.
Dr Charmaine is exceptional with her diagnosis and care. Thank you for being patient with me during my treatment, allowing me to take breaks and working slowly. The whole team is amazingly helpful and friendly, thank you again.

Terrible experience, partner went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, been charged at $490 , prescribed with no antibiotics/ medication . 3 days later we rushed her into emergency dentist, and been told that they chipped her other tooth well trying to extract her wisdom tooth The x-ray fee was through the roof. This place is unacceptable! And will be taking this to head office.
Bad experience. I was charged $134 just for one xray and consultation about veneer of one of my tooth. While in other clinics, x-rays are more cheaper and consultations are free or more cheaper than here. I am so sad to go here. Even the price for veneer that they told me was higher than other clinics.
My son of 20 years has just been to get a small filing, this has cost him $402 - what a rip off. Having reviewed the average cost, this is over 100% more than most other dentist. He will not be going back
Not a great experience. Got charged for an appointment that I canceled within the available time frame. No notification or communication. Won’t be coming back. *UPD* No need to gaslight me. The reversal of your false insurance claim came through, so thanks I guess?
