   Some very out dated reviews on here which is a shame. I had my hair trimmed last Friday and had the best hair cut experience in years. The lady listened to my requested trim of medium curly hair and we then discussed the best options . I came away with the best cost effective trim in a long while. Thanks

   I took my child here for a haircut and was very disappointed. The result was extremely poor – the haircut looked terrible and nothing like what we asked for. On top of that, the price suddenly changed from the original $30 to $36 without any explanation. This is unprofessional and dishonest. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place.

   I've been to Just Cuts a couple of times and each time come away very pleased with the results. This time however, I wasn't so pleased so went back. There was another stylist on, and she did a great job fixing the issues. I really appreciated the extra care provided! I'd rate 5 stars if not for the initial cut this time round.

   First time to complain been with just cuts since I was little , fastest hair cut iv ever had. . I paid 40 to get my hair trimmed thinned and shaped but the young Asian lady just straight cut at the back and not thinned or anything so now I wear my hair out it feels like a bowl cut at the back and i have medium length hair...the underlayer is shorter that the top layer it's horrible and she said I would get charged more if I asked to shorten it more after she already cut it. . She acted like she had no interest in being there..

   What the actual… lady with glasses has no idea, short back and sides has never been so difficult. I usually give the benefit of the doubt, but with 2 times leaving with a cut that a lawn mower would do a better job of, I am not going back. It was so bad this time that we agreed that I shouldn’t pay.

   GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I don't often leave a bad review but a haircut can have such an effect on your confidence. Yes, it will grow back but if you pay for a service it should be at adequate at minimum. I have long hair and my mother has short and they ruined both. Myself and my mother have curly hair and are very used to giving specific instructions about our haircuts as we understand that not everyone can cut curly well. Not only have they completely disregarded all of my instruction with my hair and cut it WAY too short and with zero layers, which if you know anything makes curly hair totally impossible, but my mother went there for a completely different cut, a short cut and they completely butchered that too. There is a way to cut short hair that is very feminine and very common for women of all ages these days. If you are looking for a style like this go somewhere else! Completely ruined around the edges, ears and uneven. Train your stylist better or at the very least have them communicate if they are not sure what the client wants. 0/10 babes.
