The greatest cafe for real home made food made with love. I bought one little savoury to try and it was the best I’d ever had so bought four more. My wife’s caramel slice was the best she’d ever had. Thanks Maria for your amazing hands, tasty food and exceptional service. We will be back.
Best little cafe in Auckland, we are foodies and struggle to find a good little eatery but have finally found a local little cafe that's absolutely satisfying. As I mentioned to Maria our Maori/island cooks are some of the best , pure love is tasted in the food and it makes me proud to see our indigenous people thriving on the shore. We definetly will be back.
The loviest lady ever! She insisted on giving us free coffees when our Australian bank cards didn’t work, and then the coffees were amazing!! After leaving we decided to get cash out to repay for her generosity, but she would not let us! Highly recommend ❤️
Pie is a bit greasy but the flavour is good.

What a delightful cafe! The food actually tastes homemade - full of flavour. The wee pies were gorgeous, and the scones were light, and flavourful - I actually went back for more to pop in the freezer. The lady (Maria?) was warm and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
What a lovely little cafe with amazing home-baked pies and sandwiches. Good coffee and amazingly good prices. I bought 2 mini pies for breakfast - a pepper steak and a steak pie. They were delicious! Was so fortunate to walk into this place and Maria is just lovely.
