Went for a staff dinner. We were in the function room which was small but adequate for our numbers. Food was delicious and great portion sizes. We had the Christmas menu which they were able to advise and adapt to gluten free options. Waiting staff were friendly and attentive, meals arrived quickly and presented beautifully.
Squid salad and seafood chowder were fantastic. Plenty of wonderful pastries to take away. Seafood chowder was chocked full of different types of seafood to the very bottom of the bowl and comes with amazing homemade focaccia to soak up anything left over. Amazing cocktails as well.
Its a lovely spot, I took a couple of customers there for lunch and was impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. Ill definitely be coming back. Thanks for a great experience. Your staff were great.
Came in for a late breakfast/lunch for our first visit. Have been driving past here for several years but not stopped in till today. Delicious food, prepared quickly, and very good service. Will definitely be back.
Had a chicken curry pie, full of gelatine, hardly any chicken that was soggy from, it appears to have been microwaved. No Apple Cidar, when I politely informed the staff member, I got shrugged shoulders. It was disappointing.
Some family and I went to The Beekeepers wife after a funeral we had been to and got a few bowls of fries and some drinks. The staff were helpful, and the atmosphere of the place was nice and calm; which was just what we needed at that point. Spent some quiet time enjoying the chips we ordered. I also got a hot chocolate, which was enjoyable.
Food & coffee both amazing, service was really good to. It was a bit warm inside for me but everyone else seemed fine so perhaps it was just me!
Chilled out small town experience. Friendly, laid back vibe. Great staff. Coffee and food is delicious. Nice outside seating
We had dinner at the "Beekeeper's wife" yesterday evening. We were 4 adults and 3 children and to say the least it was a most delightful experience for all of us. Not only was the food delicious but the staff too were courteous and responsive. Special mention must be made of the "Twice cooked pork belly" and the "Slow cooked lamb shoulder". The meat was soft and delicious. The price was very reasonable and I would certainly like to return once more in the near future.
