Very happy with the recent repair of my headlight issue on my Honda Stream. The guys even checked and adjusted the headlights. Price of job was fair for work and bulbs
They got my car fixed but just giving them 2 stars because communication would have been better. I arranged for my car to be looked at and wanted to be quoted for the service I was asking for only to be shocked to find that our car was already serviced without prior approval from me and the total came to about $530 which was out of our budget. Had I known, I would’ve just had one service done but it was all too late and I had to pay for the services already rendered. I have no problems paying for good service but I’d like to be informed next time so I can prepare my money for it. This is coming out of our grocery budget. I’m not coming back here again.
Had an unknown issue with a headlight and they provided excellent advice. It wasn't a diagnosable issue but they managed to resolve it with minimal fuss and expense. Would recommend

Mark and the team are top notch. Have been going to him for 3+ years for all our cars, and not disappointed at all. They are knowledgeable, accurate, and won't go charging ahead without you agreeing a plan to fix whatever comes up.
Very communicative and helpful. Fair price, very quick responses, and proactively provided me with more economic solutions. Hamish is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will visit them again for the future services, hopefully, not for breakdowns.
