   Saw the good reviews so I went in with a puncture and thought I’d get the tyres rotated, balanced and aligned while I was there. Left the tyre there and got quoted $250 “and we will throw in a free puncture repair!” After I left I did some research, as that seemed ridiculously expensive. The same company’s branch down the roads standard price was $80 cheaper. Clearly saw a woman with a nice car and wanted to rip me off. Paid for my puncture repair and left. I wouldn’t recommend or ever return based on that alone.

   Our back left tyre picked up a stray bolt off the road and it was stuck in the tyre and making a real loud noise when we drove. AA came and told. us what had happened. We have a Mercedes Benz C Class C43 which does not have a spare!! So we limped down to Bridgestone in Thorndon Quay. It was now well out of business hours and they were closed so we left our car there overnight, and Uber took us home to Upper Hutt. Called Bridgestone early next morning and the guys there were great. "No problems, come on in and we will fix it for you. No problems you leaving your car here overnight. We are here to help" We drove in in the other car, they fixed the tyre, told us lots of stories about tyres and cars. It was a cold wet Monday morning but Ethan and his colleague, who's name I don't remember, were bloody great. Friendly, fast, happy to help people with customer service levels out the wazoo.(that is, extremely high!!) You could not have had two better guys helping out distressed motorists with tyre problems. Fixed and out the door in less than 30 minutes and also helping another couple of people with tyre questions too. I just wished there were more people like these two guys. Thank you Bridgestone Thorndon Terrace.

   My son had his driving licence test and 18 minutes before the start we discovered the front two tyres needed to be replaced before the test. It was like we had our own personal pitcrew. Less than 10 minutes later two new tyres, all 4 fully pumped and price was as we would expect. Could not rate them higher. Outstanding. Thanks team

   Great service as usual... and very thankful for the onsite parking/access obviously considering the horrendous impact WCC has had on this region with bus/cycle lane projects. Reasonable price .. and essentially a "while you wait" service (puncture repair).

   So pleased with my experience here, every single person I spoke to was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Despite being quoted slightly cheaper (very minimal) at a major competitor, the guys at Bridgestone Thorndon sold it for me with their excellent customer service as opposed to the competitors who made me feel like they were just after a sale. Thanks again team, you’re great!

   These guys were brilliant and I wasnt even a customer! We pulled up at the VTNZ up the road for my daughters driving test to the realisation that we had a huge screw in the side of the tyre. I popped down to Bridgstone to see if they could help. Due to the nature of the 'injury' there wasnt much they could do but he put the car in the hoist and changed my tyre (to the spare) for me there and then so we would get home safely. He stopped everything he was doing to help - and I was incredibly grateful for his kindness.

   I arrived at Bridgestone just before closing after a very rough day in tears. I had a space saver on because I burst a tire, Mitch ran across the road where I was parked to check what tire I needed, let me know how much it would cost and the very next morning he had gotten my tire. By midday I was all sorted, thank you to the team and especially Mitch, excellent service.

   Absolute fantastic service! Team were super helpful and so polite! Turned up early in the morning, got a time booked in for a puncture an hour later, fixed it while I waited and they put everything back where it should be! Highly recommend this place and I will likely be a return customer for other work required on vehicle!
