Mediocre cut and service from a barber that I felt couldn't wait for me to get out of there - front row seat to a hair cut speedrun! Frequent customer at the New Lynn branch and I thought I'd give this branch a try due to the brand but the experience was very disappointing. 2 stars since the bare minimum of getting my hair cut was done.
I’m sorry to say but this was the worst cut I’ve had to date, I requested a tiny bit of length off my mullet only to discover that the whole thing had been clippered and lopped off. 12 months of growth down the drain in an instant. I just wanted to have it slightly tidied up at the ends not to be taken off entirely. This was incredibly upsetting

One word, Excellence. Got my hair cut from Rex. He knew what best works for me and gave me a meticulous fade and cut. Also very enjoyable to converse with. All in all, it felt like a nice relaxing experience after a hard day at work.
Rex is the quickest barber I've ever had. My go to barber down the road recently closed business and I needed a quick cut - got exactly what I wanted, and none of that "it'll look better the next day" stuff you get sometimes in situations like this. Rex is no excuses on point and professional. And he's super approachable and nice. Thanks :)
