   They overcharged me by $15.00 and instead of refunding me $15.00 gave me three 3X$5 Voucher which just cust northwest mall did not accept. If you overcharge then you should refund period.

   I had a really simple hair cut, fringe and long. Cut my fringe WAY shorter than I asked and not straight. Told her and she apologised but still charged full price. Went to another salon to try fix as was wonky too. Don't recommend.

   Went to have my 8 year old son’s hair cut here as been meaning to get it done for a while and we’re passing by in the mall. Will never go again. Really simple request to keep length on top and a 2 on sides with a fade, pretty basic stuff- it was patchy and wonky at the back with ZERO fade, don’t think they understood what a fade was to be honest. Stylist was reluctant to even try and fix and got defensive so another stylist came over and agreed it wasn’t right and tried to fix, evened up the back but still no attempt at a fade. Honestly, don’t waste your money here, go to a proper barbers who understand how to cut boys hair properly.

   An Asian Gent cut my hair and basically had absoloute nothing to say ,no greet no how’s day , nothing ;at end just said finished. Not asked do I want gel or happy, also not shown mirror to see all round. I could sense he couldn’t be bothered. I usually come here but won’t now. In this day and age wake up and realize you make a business succeed or fail. The low standard you set ruins it for business owners who strive to keep open , it’s usually good here ;hair cut was ok just service was just not there at all .

   Great customer service, as soon as I walked in and saw the lady at the counter, I was immediately brought to a chair ready for a haircut. Good communication on what the customer wants, we discussed the haircut and how I want it, and it turned out perfect. Would recommend Sharing shed Northwest.

   I popped in to get a hair cut yesterday at about 3:14 pm, A lovely Asain lady with short black hair, she cut my hair and did the most amazing job, I explained my hair is damaged due to chemo.. she did the most beautiful hair cut I have had in years, she was so kind. I just want to say I walked out of there the happiest person. Thank you so much

   Today I went in for a trim, just some advice to the hairdresser, be a bit more enthusiastic about your job, doesn't matter if you see 30 people a day, try and recognize them and show a bit of interest because if you do they will want to come back and see you only, and ask for you because they appreciate your service. Doesn't matter that you're cheaper you can still provide a quality service that people can rave about. The haircut turned out pretty good, very tidy but I was nervous through the whole process because I'm used to longer hair. If the hairdresser were more enthusiastic I would have given 5 stars.
