   I’ve never seen such pathetic portions of salads, everything is also in season, the bloke is rude and thinks literally 3 spinach leaves on a footlong is acceptable. Owner operators, clearly, and are doing anything they can to squeeze a buck out of you.

   Here is another bad review for this place, a special for International World Sandwich Day! I am a local and always suffered their miserly portions, for 10 years, always putting the bare minimum of ingredients in, where other subway shops stuff their subs full. Trying to cut costs I guess, to maximize profit. But the other day they went too far. The woman/wife (who is always miserable and doesn't even know how to make basic conversation) TRIED TO SHORT ME ON MY CHEESE! I always ask for double cheese on my footlong ($2 extra charge) and she knows what I like, and how its made, but today she tried to get away with giving me only 2 pieces of cheese for the second layer, not the usual 4. I was slow to question it becos i couldn't believe it. She started putting on the salad when i told her she had missed some cheese. She then starting trying to count the (melted) cheese, as if innocent, then carried on with the salad as if nothing was amiss. I said 'hey', but then she just laughed. My disbelief turned to outrage, I told her to forget it, told her she was RUDE, and stormed out. They are THAT miserable and mean that they tried to save probably 20c cost on 2 slices of cheese that they were going to still charge me $2 for. (side note: I think i've noticed that they charge more than other Subway stores, someone should check) AND one day I got home and unwrapped my sub and there, fallen off the old man/husbands face was his old-man thick black eyebrow hair in my wrapper - GROSS! I'm NEVER going back there again Real bad customer service - Rip-offs In trying to save pennies, they lose customers Haven't learnt anything from their previous reviews. Not very good business people - real dumb dumbs.

   I am the fan of Subway. I been at karori subway first time today . The guy in the shop didn’t greet at all. He made my veggie subway with old bread and put only 2 piece olives 3leaves of spinach and 1 piece of jalapeño in my 6 inch subway. This is the worst subway i ever had. Will never go back there.

   Always love Subway and this one is located near Karori Mall. When I came this morning it was just me. The staff is friendly and she prepared the sandwich quite fast. I have the bread I love and the all the fresh salad as well as filling and sauces I want to have. Cookies, chips and drinks are available as well. The tables and seats are clean and neat, the space is also disability friendly. Happy to be back here again

   Not sure your meant to put paper in with the sandwich when its toasted... it smelt burnt as anything and the service was less than ideal. The workers looked like they would rather be dead than serving customers. A few weeks ago I bought subway from a different store and I ordered the exact same thing. The one from the other store cost 9 dollars. The one I bought from here was 11.. not quite sure what went wrong there...

   Would rate 0 stars if I can. Little amount of fillings compare to other subways, doesn’t do sub of the day menu, terrible customer service, never coming back here again.

   Worst Customer Service.Ordered it online through app at Karori Subway. I went home assuming subway will be perfect but I found they did not put sauces, extra avocado which I paid for. So I came back to shop to get it changed. They never said sorry about it. Because of them I wasted my 20 mins.
