Made our order, and intentionally went in to pick up a bit later to ensure it would be ready as this isn't our regular store. YET OUR ORDER STILL WASN'T READY. Told to wait 5 extra minutes for our fries after handing us the rest of our meal which was going cold. Do better Mangere.
Tried ordering online and phone callng in 20mins before closing time but unsuccessful. I decided to drive in to order & pickup as I was in the area, arrived 7mins before closing @11pm, served by Anusheel and his nightshift team without hesitation. Exceptional service boys. Appreciate.
Today's order Pizza's were not hot. Look like it was cooked long time ago Garlic bread was not cooked properly, even the butter was not melted inside. Last week order In Last week order we found hair inside the Pizza photo attached
Got a ham and cheese and a loaded Hawaiian. Virtually the same amount of ham on both. Not sure why I paid extra for Hawaiian....ham and cheese had 21 pieces, my loaded had 28. Just feel like that's a poor difference. Pizza flavor was good tho
Great classic veggie pizza! I ordered the Classic Veggie from Pizza Hut Mangere and it was delicious. The toppings were fresh, the base was perfectly cooked, and everything arrived hot. Really happy with the flavor and portion sizeβgreat value for money. Definitely one of the better vegetarian options around. Will be ordering again soon!
says your store opens till 11.. came into store at 10.27pm was told they couldn't take anymore orders as they were low in staff but yet the poster outside window says they close at 11? Seriously worse service ever, pure laziness.... didn't take my order because they pure lazy . Won't be back again.
Giving you guys 2stars. Pizza was ok but your Service was absolutely poor... I order 20 Pizzas for my work lunch to be pickup last Friday 19/05 the day of Anti-bully day. Two ladies with their soredough face really drives customers away Bigtime!!! and never ask if I needed help to carry the pizzas, had to walk back 3/4times while you lovely ladies just walked away to the back area. No customer around just me, myself and I... You ladies may not get paid enough but pleased frekin smile and show some courtesy.
I went to collect my food, and the customer service at DESK was disrespectful, telling me to stay on the other side and continue serving other customers. It's pretty horrible about customer service because they didn't even look at my order number. It's time for the pizza hut's owner to look into this issue of their staff. Inside the shop was a sloppy, filthy mess. No management and staff are extremely nasty and have no idea how to interact with customers and delivery personnel.
Very unprofessional and rude. One female staff throwing cooked pizza into the boxes, yelling and swearing near the front counter and demanding another staff member at the counter to βHurry up and come over here!β. That same staff member called out in an aggressive tone to customers waiting for their order, very unwelcoming face and manner. Service with a smile ? Non-existent! My family and I will never visit the Mangere Central branch again. Manukau is the best by far!
