Ordered a Buddha bowl, menu said it came with grilled broccoli, pickled beetroot, pickled onion, rice, was disappointed as this is what I got...so much sweet chilli saucd.

Excellent service and fresh, tasty food! Stopped by Pita Pit and was really impressed with how clean and well-presented everything was. The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure the order was exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, the portions generous, and everything tasted great. Definitely one of the better spots for a healthy and satisfying meal on the go. Highly recommend!

I went into the store and ordered on the self serve order screen they have and ordered two kids chicken total coming to $14, I paid, money come out of my bank account, but the ticket/order didn’t come out so they made me order at the front and pay another $14 even after I showed them proof of the money that had came out. The man said he would give me a discount if the order came up but it didn’t so he refused to. Horrible service you won’t be seeing me ever again!

Haven't had Pita Pit in years, thought I'd get some delivered... disgusting. Tasted like a bag of 3 day old wet salad. Literally 0/10.

Critical Food Safety Failure: Repeated Allergy Risk! My recent online order from Pita Pit Te Atatu, explicitly vegetarian due to an allergy, shockingly contained a full orders worth of chicken (in addition to falafel). Which has led to debilitating illness. This isn't an isolated incident; a month ago, we experienced severe cross-contamination from this branch. Despite assurances then that staff would receive further training, this latest error proves otherwise. While I understand checking my order is an option, a reputable establishment like Pita Pit shouldn't require "babysitting" to ensure basic food safety for declared allergies. The gravity of food allergies cannot be overstated; like nut allergies, they can be life-threatening. For a food establishment to repeatedly fail in managing declared allergies, especially after prior notification, is unacceptable and dangerous. I strongly advise against ordering from Pita Pit Te Atatu if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, as the risk to your health is demonstrably high. I have already contacted the Pita Pit head office and are waiting on a response.

Great service, the two that were working 17th Nov, 2022. Efficient and straight to it even in lunch rush.

Service was just alright. The main bummer was the quantity. Server being really stingy with putting in salads. Significantly less quantities of veges and meat in the salad bowl than any other Pita pit branch I have had food from. They did not have any rice either to go on the grill. Other branches have it. A few Flies flying near salads and sauces. Please keep environment a bit tidy and increase the quantity to an acceptable standard for the amount people are paying.

Lovely worker served us on a Tuesday night is an absolute legend. Friendly as, lovely to chat to and chucked exactly what we asked in our meals. We travel from Massey to this branch for the legendary service!
