The Corner Store hosted a very successful and significant birthday party for us. Emma was very helpful with the planning (creating a menu of delicious food and suggesting beverages) and then she and her staff did a great job looking after us on the night. Highly recommended.
Just want to thank Tim for doing an amazing job. He was so accomodating to our last minute request to come back for drinks in the covered outdoor area. Such a lovely atmosphere fairy lights, fires and tasteful surrounds. The small touches he made like water in stylish brown bottles and beautiful cheese platters and antipasto boards made for a great vibe. It would be a perfect place for a 40-50-60 th birthday . A great chilled relaxed stylish space, even room for a dance floor and your own bar. Thanks Tim Marnie
Slowly becoming one of my fav bar to visit for a quiet drink. Awesome friendly staff, good vibes. Walk through to the back for a little surprise hang out space by the fire and fairy lights. Love it!!
Outstanding bar with a great range of beer, very friendly it would be our local if we lived nearby, I will return next time we are in Auckland.
Went to the Corner Store for a going away party. Must comment that the service was outstanding and the food and drinks fantastic. First time I have been there and definitely would go back, great friendly environment. Definitely worth a visit
Long time bar in Mt Eden. Obviously from the name it's on the corner. Front bar is small but they have another area out back also. Nice venue for functions or a drink with friends. Good whiskey list. The good bartenders seem to have left this bar. Can usually find the owner drinking at the bar.
When you walk through the door it doesn't seem very big with the bar just in front. If you walk to the left side of the bar down the hall, you end up in a fairly nice dining and outdoor area. We had a few drinks in the outdoor back area which was covered. Really nice place to just sit and chat. We had a few platters and they weren't very big. Service was friendly.
