I would go to ANY other shoe store before I purchase from here again. Purchased a pair of pumps in store, which initially fit fine however as I wore them in my house (as directed on their website) I found they were squeezing my toes badly and I would be unable to spend long periods of time on my feet, which is the sole reason I bought these shoes for. After contacting the store I got into a 3 day email saga with the manager, trying her utter best to deny me my refund/exchange - I would have been happy with either. Initially telling me to stretch them out more, then telling me that I had been wearing them for too long inside my house and now them having creases so she can’t resell them. Anyway, claim was denied - they have an “all sales final” rule so there is your first red flag. Spend a little more and purchase from any of the bigger brands so you have a normal consumer guarantee and proper customer service. Would not recommend, would not purchase again and would DEFINITELY be wary.

Most comfortable work shoes I have ever ever ever bought!! I cannot emphasize this enough. I work as a host and can walk over 6 miles a night in them no problem. I recently had to repurchase a pair because mine had just been worn so many times that they weren’t looking perfect anymore (I’ve walked hundreds of miles in them) and I accidentally ordered the wrong size and got an email shortly after making sure I meant to order the size I did (which i hadn’t meant to because it was the wrong size) (shoutout to marina who emailed me!). Them catching that mistake was so impressive and says a lot about the company. I am so grateful they reached out to me to confirm my order before going through with sending me the wrong size. So impressed with this company. I will only purchase work shoes from them.

I recently visited this fantastic shoe store and was thoroughly impressed by their extensive selection, especially for someone like me who often struggles to find comfortable shoes for flat and wide feet. The variety here is truly commendable, ensuring there's something for everyone. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Marina. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making my shopping experience both enjoyable and successful.I absolutely love this store and am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone in need of great shoes and even greater service! Maria Ava_content Auckland

It’s wonderful to be able to find these brands in Auckland. This store is known for high-quality shoes with comfort that’s hard to find in other brands. I had an exceptional service. After not receiving one of the shoes that I purchased (out of stock) I could choose a new one in any range of price from the website. That was very generous. My only recommendation would be to offer delivery with NZ Post instead of Aramex.

I can’t seem to get a hold of the shop at all! No email response either. I have been trying to get a hold of them all morning as I need to go instore to exchange my shoes and it says I have to do it within 10 days of purchase. Not good at all :( I do understand there was a State of emergency declared in Auckland that day. You should have updated your website or google that you were closed for the day as other businesses and public transport was still running as normal. For people that travelled far, this could have saved me my time and money.

Thank you so much Marina for your lovely service today. My daughter works for airline and we didn't know how comfortable ypur shoes are until she tried it on. Marina was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Piccadilly for your shoes.

Great place for shoes if you work in beauty retail or similar occupation where you’re on your feet all day but want to look cute! I have repurchased their airline heels for work many times throughout my career and can not recommend them enough! So lightweight, supportive and blister free.

Horrible quality! Would not recommend! I bought my first pair last year.. after my first wear I realised there was a screw digging through from the inner sole. It was such a hassle to get it fixed. We were told it was outside 10 days … Firstly the shoes are over priced for the quality… and there is not much to say about the service. After few calls they eventually fixed the shoe by taking it to the shoe smith next door however this was the start of the headache. I’ve only worn the shoes few times as they are not comfortable. The inner sole’s glue has dried out and it’s coming out despite only couple of wears. When I called the store for assistance they said go to your local shoe smith as their not shoes expects! Clearly they should not sell shoes bragging about how they cater to air hostess when they cannot help or provide good quality shoes. Went to the store today to show the shoe condition and it was closed..Website was not updated to reflect their hours. The manager refused to assist as it was outside 10 days…without even examining the shoe! Very rude and unprofessional! Save your money ladies!

I bought a pair of shoes in this shop this morning which cost me $100, the strip was a bit loose, the service person said she can make a hole for me, what she did is using the receipt staple to make a hole, which made a damage on the strip, when I pointed it out, she said “ it’s ok, I always do it this way for my customers, it’s you asked me to do it”. Not professional!! See the photos you will know what a disaster it is. Still I bought it because I need it urgently, after I took it for my friend to have a look, he saw a deep scratches on the top, so I brought it back to ask for return, but she refused to admit the scratches, in her words, “it’s nothing”, with bad attitude. She said because it’s on sale, so no return no refund which she didn’t tell me when I asked before I bought it. Then refused to have further talk. It’s such a disappointing experience shopping there, bad plastic shoes with damage which cost me $100, disgusting attitude when I go for return. Don’t go there for the poor quality shoes, poor commutation and poor service.
