Made fresh to order sandwiches today so they tasted good. Still lacking a bit in taste but great value. Stores smell a bit too much oil, that is how all these franchise stores smell
Food terrible....bun hard like stone, peri peri chicken is burned and too salty. Has a weird smell in the store.
Date: 5 October 2025, around 9:30 PM I visited this place as a regular customer and was disappointed with the way the front reception staff spoke. When I politely asked for ketchup, she responded rudely, saying, βIβm not the manager, this isnβt my property.β This kind of attitude is not acceptable, especially at the front desk where customer care matters the most. We didnβt come here for free food β we came expecting good service. Unfortunately, she was not polite or welcoming at all. Very disappointing experience.
Not the greatest experience unfortunately. The place was empty but appeared busy with Uber orders. Place feels dirty upon walking in. I ordered through the machine which seemed to lag and then the wait with no explanation was long. Customer service was shocking. A female who had no customer service skills. Iβm not sure I want to consume what Iβve ordered after such terrible service.
Food and service is really good but the main entry door is broken and it feels windy and cold inside even they have heater turned on. Authorities should replace or repair the door. Its been many times I noticed but today I decided to send this review. Thanks
The food is awesome with a range of varieties and deals available. This store can become a favourite if you are a chicken lover and offers spicy and non spicy choices. Should also say that Sana who is the store manager is very friendly, polite and timely service.we wish the team a big success.
I love their fried chicken, Prices are comparatively reasonable. Staff are friendly and polite. And the special thanks to MS.Tasnim she made my family's day memorable.
Very poor...did an online order..when came home...chicken pieces were so soggy and cold...not crunchy or fresh at all...looked like from yesterday....beef toastie was wrapped in a really cheap wrapping paper....very disappointed...
good service and yummy food it took me back to my childhood days when my mum would make me food with love. i thank the chicking team for there love and passionate that they put in there customer service and atmosphere.
