   Done at Professional New Lynn. The staff are lovely and wonderful how I’m disappointed with my acrylic French tip and the quality of my nails. My cuticles were not cared for properly, no removal of dead skin. The fake nail extension is crooked on many of my fingers and lob sided. The filing on the sides on my nails look terrible. My pedicure was done nicely however one of my toe nails is cut on a weird angle I didn’t realise until I got home. Quality of acrylic nails has decreased here. Not sure what went wrong

   Nails chipped within less than a week, even though I got builder gel. They removed my previous builder gel with an acrylic nail which literally destroyed my nail beds. Evidently their quality of products is horrible, my regular nail salon’s builder gel lasts 3+ weeks.

   I’d been a loyal customer at Professionail New Lynn for years, but since what seems like a merge with Luxury Nails, the service has been terrible. I asked for medium length nails, they cut them very short, then argued there is no such thing as medium length. When I raised it, they were rough and dismissive, saying I should either pay more to remove them or take a refund. I would have been willing to pay extra to sort it out, but instead of offering a solution, they tried to push me away asking to take refund and leave multiple times . I finished the service but left completely unsatisfied. Extremely unprofessional.

   Nail techs are good at doing nails but only go here if you have a half day free to waste time. We came in at 2:30pm and finally finished by 4:20pm. Even though they had a few clients waiting already , they still took in more walk in customers . Some nail techs would start on one person then jump to someone else . When paying $100 for a set of nails, I expect a proper service in a timely manner. 2/10

   The lady doing my nails was rude, rushed and extremely rough. I was left alone for 20 minutes in the middle of the service while she went and painted TWO other customers nails. When she came back she was really rude. The final nails are such poor quality, they’re a strange shape, uneven and don’t even line up to my nail bed. Really unhygienic practices too - no hand washing before, very old files, no disinfecting of tools. Never, ever again.

   Zero customer service. The lady who did my pedicure had an attitude and was talking to her colleagues in her language. She took no care to do the pedicure and did it just for the sake of doing it. I am not sure if she is poorly paid to do such a bad service. It is high time they teach their staff what customer service is. I felt like I paid 55$ for nothing.

   Just went for a gel mani/pedi today and it took 2 hours and it's a dreadful job. I felt sorry for the lady doing it was clearly she was very inexperienced, and no one offered to help her. Sitting in the chair for 2 hours to walk away with terrible nails is so disappointing

   Went to this shop for a manicure and acrylic nail polish, am very disappointed as the polish didn’t last a week before it started to chip. I did no gardening and doing washing up or hand washing I use good rubber gloves. Went back to shop to try to get a refund for the poor polish used but the lady said no refund as they ask if you are happy when they finish if so that covers them for no refund. Under consumer act if the product is not fit for purpose you can ask for a refund or replacement.which they were not prepared to do. So I would not recommend to people I know their shop.
