   I had such a lovely experience at Daisy Hair & Beauty Salon. I had my hair coloured and Chrissy’s hair and head massage was absolutely amazing, hands down the best I’ve ever received. Daisy is highly skilled and confident when it comes to cutting women’s hair, and the result was exactly what I wanted. It's the second time I've dropped by without an appointment and they were always able to assist. Professional, relaxing, accomodating and welcoming service. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back.

   So I agree with the ones that have said bad customer service and I know when I have one I just got off the phone kindly asking how much your prices and I was very specific and I told her my hair is short because I know my hair is short but this lady on the phone was very rude and aggressive saying she didn’t believe me first of all if I am asking for inquiry I am allowed and also I was asking for your prices that was it it wasn’t that hard to go off at me. Also people are asking because at the end of the day we are paying use and so what’s the problem? Why get aggravated over us curious about your prices ??? I want to know as I have done my hair many times at different hair salons so for this lady that answers the phone you need to learn how to answer back with kindness and don’t treat your customers like that because I could say it to your face and tell you again don’t be rude if I’m asking you about your service and I was asking very calm but to raise your voice? You need to re consider how you gona treat your customers

   Went for hair color and highlights the result was awful. Worst part is the owner got so rude when I told her I did not like the highlights. She literally was so loud and rude in front of other customers which left me so embarrassed . I am definitely not going back again.

   I had a haircut. The owner of the business is a wonderful conscious hairdresser and cuts very accurate. Last time I had one of the younger hairdressers cutting my hair and it was absolutely not what I wanted.

   I have long and super dry hair but both Daisy and Chrissy took such good care; cut a great style without altering the length too much. They spent time which isn't the case always in most salons; definitely recommend.

   One of the only salons in Auckland having everything under one roof and operating late. Prices are cheap for the services offered. Daisy is extremely dedicated, hardworking and passionate about what she does. She'd never say no to her customers and is always eager to help. I needed a last minute hair trim at 9pm on a Saturday night for a party and no one around was even answering my phone call. Daisy was quick to respond and offered to do the job for no extra charge. She was not hurrying and did an amazing job. Thanks again Daisy!

   Nice little place in Henderson just outside the mall. They can be a little more professional.i didn't like the ladies talking to each other very loudly over me.. the boys sitting outside were called in every now and then to dry a client's hair or to straighten it ..not very professional. My appointment was at 5.30 and they did not actually start on me till 6.45..more then an hours wait...work done in my hair was OK.
