Very Unprofessional. The Lady forgot to put headband on me to avoid the hairs coming on face, i reminded and she didn'tcare about it. Didn't discuss about diff facial option, just showed 2 types and was like this is all we do. If Facial is for relaxing, please I would NEVER recommend this place. In name of hygiene, you're using tissue. It felt so dry. If you are charging good amount of $95.00 for a pre packed of Indian instant Facial kit, which I can also buy from some Indian store for $20 and do it myself. Massage was good, but again very cheap procedure. FACE PACK WAS APPLIED and left for LESS THAN 5 MINS WITH HAND, I felt ripped off and not relaxing Facial. After Facial is done, they are discussing different options, which had to be done at first. Very cunning. You earn one time money, but loose customer forever. Conclusion : It looked like THEY WANTED TO FINISH THE FACIAL KIT, WHICH WAS NEW PRODUCT FOR THEM. DISGUSTING
I got a really bad haircut from your saloon last year. Even my hair was not brushed after the cut. I needed to go another hair saloon for correcting it. This review is not by mistake. It's from my experience.
The best in the business. Khoobsurat Salon provides everything you need & you can't beat the quality & service. Sussan is the most welcoming hair dresser/beautician that I have ever met. On top of that she's the best at what she does - you will leave the salon feeling amazing every time!! I can't recommend them enough.
I've been going to Susan since I was in high school and now she's the only one I'll let cut my hair. Her bubbly personality and sweet attitude, as well as a desire to give the perfect haircut everytime is one of the reasons I love her work. I always recommend her to my family, and they love her too. Average cost for a decent layered haircut is around $30 for me, which makes sense with the thickness and texture I have. Love her, and her team. 5 stars always :)
Love coming here for my waxing, been coming for years. Susan and her team always do a fab job. Super professional, quick, clean, pain free. Susan's humour and friendly chat will distract you and then next thing you know, you are good to go. I always look forward to my visits.
