I came as a model for Dani and I have to say I walked out with the best hair cut ever!!! Obviously it took a little longer than with someone fully qualified, but she was so careful and her tutor was close by at all times that I had no qualms about the result. This is a great salon and one I would fully recommend. Liz
My colleague & I were staying in Auckland City for a customer conference this weekend and had a gala dinner to attend. At the last minute we decided we wanted to have our hair done. I called Toni & Guy to see if they could squeeze us in at short notice and they did! Diane and her lovely team were very welcoming, did a fab job - bonus was the complimentary wine! Andrea was lovely as always. I came in with some inspiration photos, and with her help and advice we figured out what would suit me best. The shampoo and massage were so relaxing, and the products smelled amazing. Andrea is always so attentive, careful, and enthusiastic about what she does. I absolutely love my haircut - as always when I see her. Thanks so much to Andrea and the whole team!
I had the best time getting my hair done by Diane at Toni & Guy. I regularly go to her for cuts however I wanted to go a little bit further and get highlights this time. She took my inspiration picture and everything I told her and gave me the most amazing makeover. I’ve never loved my hair as much as this. 10/10 would recommend. I will be getting this again!
Paid $700+ for cut, colour, treatment and products - left with hair that is tangled, has many split ends and an uneven colour. Appointment also ran overtime. Hair in worse condition than when I went in despite having a cut and treatment. Hair badly split multiple times and unable to be brushed in places. When contacted salon told me to buy additional products - it should not be the case that my hair was left in worse condition than when I arrived. After just one wash revealed uneven colouring - left side is vibrant right side is pale pink. Salon said this is totally normal. An uneven fade all around yes but only half the hair fading no. A month later (and many washes) the left half remains the same bright pink dyed in the salon so it has nothing to do with fading but an uneven application of colour. Salon seems to have no interest in addressing the issue as not in Auckland. Loved Toni & Guy for years but would never be back - will have to pay another salon to cut my hair again and to fix the uneven colour.
I walked in hoping for a blowdry before flying home to Sydney. I was lucky to have Bronwyn do my hair- such a warm person and such skill! I walked out relaxed, with amazing hair! Cant wait to come back next visit. x
Today was my first time visiting Toni&Guy. Chhaly did a fantastic job with my hair - understood what I wanted and recommended the best style for my lazy, low maintenance way of living :) I love the look and my hair got the much needed TLC. I came in to freshen up my hair and dye it back to its natural colour. My hair is naturally slightly wavy but always looks messy so I constantly straighten it. My hair dresser was Ken Lee and I didn’t have any specific style I was going for, I just described my hair and asked for it to be cut it a way where I could confidently have my hair without straightening it and he did such an amazing job. He asked me a lot of questions too about what I preferred which was amazing customer communication skills. The way he shaped my hair has complimented my natural hair texture so much, not to mention he was also so lovely. Super satisfied, amazing service.
