   Pretty views. Perfect to just sit down and take the nature in. Nice and cool esp. In the summer. The road is super rough tho so not recommended for people who are wheelchair bound since there are steps to take for the scenic lookout spot.

   Really nice lookout on the way out to Whatipu and Huia. The road is gravel and quite potholed but it's not long so just be quite careful and you'll be fine. The views are really nice, from Lower Huia Dam across to the Manukau Heads and across the Manukau Harbour towards South Auckland. It is very exposed so it can get very windy, and being next to the cliff face, if you lose anything it will be gone. When we were there there weren't many people even though it was a public holiday.

   Over looking the Huia bay, this picturesque lookout offers a breathtaking sight of the backwaters in the Waitakere region. A short yet lovely escape place from the city. Ideal to visit in the evenings with friends and family , right before sunset. Visiting this place is totally free of cost with ample parking space available. For groups visiting with toddlers and children below age of 10, it’s better to be careful and monitor while walking towards the viewing deck thought the railings are quite high.

   Being to Huia a few times, only found this hem today. 270 degree of the Harbour. Amazing view. There were no sign, no toilet.

   Very pleasant location and weather! Great for a short trip. This lookout can be covered with a few other walks/beaches in the vicinity of Waitakere Regional Park.

   Great day to visit this point, sunny and clean. The view is awesome, in the tip of a cliff you can see both sides of the bay and in front the open sea. Small boats and kayaks were part of the scenery. Easy accessible by a gravel road, parking is not huge, but luckily I was the only one when arrived. Two tables makes it a wonderful place for a picnic. Worth going!

   Great view and a peaceful place. The view will be more beautiful if you go on a high tide day, in the day time. Don't have any views (lights from buildings) in night time.
