Came in this morning and this lovely lady Astella helped me get the pair of earrings I was after as they had no more stock left. She went out of her way to call New Lynn Lovisa to see if they had the pair I wanted and put them on hold so I could go pick them up. Thank you for your great customer service Astella and for being welcoming when I first entered the store. Super helpful!!

Got my 5year olds 1st ear piercing here, the girls were absolutely amazing. Made sure she new what they were doing through each step. Could not have asked for a better 1st experience for her.

Very poor service attitude, I bought a bracelet today, when I was paying by credit card, the lady at the front desk only knew to play with the bracelet I was about to pay for and stared at the eftpos machine. No communication, staring eyes. Then gave me the jewelry directly without wrapping it for me or asking me if I needed wrapping. I asked for it to be wrapped, but she just wrapped it in paper casually, and then didn't stick it with tape. I don't know if she is discriminatory or treats everyone the same way rude.
