   My wife and I approached Jeweller's Workshop to have two dress rings made. One brief involved remodelling an old family sapphire ring incorporating gems from pieces my wife no longer wore. The other brief was to create a dress ring using gemstones that had been bought overseas 20 years ago. Each gem held special memories but we had, up until this point, not been able to envisage them made up. In addition my damaged wedding ring needed remodelling. Working with Devon and the team was a pleasure and the iterative design process meant that we were able to have full input into the final designs. Devon guided us throughout the design and production process, providing suggestions and listening to our feedback. We came away with rings that reflect our taste and that exceeded our hopes. They are made all the more special by the happy memories we have of collaborating with the Jewellers Workshop team. We unreservedly recommend working with Devon and the team.

   We found Jewellers Workshop due to its great google reviews, and we are so glad we did! We worked with Devon to remodel two special family heirlooms as well as designing a bespoke bridal wedding band. Devon is very knowledgeable and had such attention to detail that we felt completely assured she knew exactly what we wanted.    We enlisted the help of Jewellers Workshop to help us with custom made wedding bands. I wanted a Wedding band that would look like it was supposed to be a set with my engagement ring. My engagement ring was from Partridge Jeweller but it wasn't part of a set. We also wanted to somehow tie in Ivan’s ring with mine but we weren’t exactly sure how. We still wanted Ivan’s ring to be unique but also durable due to his work. We are currently based in Germany so most of our communication is limited to video calls and emails. We contacted pretty much every jeweller in Auckland to see if they were able to help us. A few wouldn’t help us at all as they wouldn’t custom make jewellery for anyone overseas which was disappointing, but Jewellers Workshop did not disappoint. Caitlin from Jewellers Workshop came back with a few AMAZING sketches for my Wedding band that we were absolutely blown away with! They were the only ones that actually did sketches for us pretty much straight away. We LOVED all of her concepts. She really understood what we wanted in terms of wanting something that would look like it was always supposed to be a set with my engagement ring but still allowing my engagement ring to shine. She was also great with looking at some unique ideas for Ivan’s Wedding band. We came back to Auckland for a visit about 5 months before our wedding and we went to visit all of the Jewellers in Auckland that said that they were able to help us. When we went to Jewellers Workshop Caitlin was there to meet us. She was just amazing to work with. She gave us a timeline of how long she would think she would need my engagement ring to match up the engraving with the wedding band, she gave us price estimations for each of her concepts and she was also open to different ideas for the different stones and materials we would want for my Wedding band. When we were there we also had a look around at the different rings that might be suitable for Ivan’s wedding band and there it was … They had rings in display that were made of two different metals but could be customised so that specific patterns could be put on there! It was perfect! Ivan loved the idea that we could put the outline of my Wedding band onto his ring and this would be highlighted by using the two different metals. We then decided on the idea to have matching engravings around the outside of the rings to ensure that people would be able to tell that our rings were “matching” even though we have two distinctively different ring designs. Caitlin was also super responsive in her email communication. She sent us back CAD ideas for both mine and Ivan’s rings, she looked tirelessly for the stones we wanted (pink pear diamond, white pear diamonds and pink brilliant diamonds). She was just amazing! She was the only person to find a pink pear diamond! I was amazed that they were able to make the wedding rings in 3 weeks!!! I was so overjoyed! They did an absolutely amazing job from design to delivery they were so fantastic to work with. After our amazing experience with Caitlin I wanted to do something special for Ivan so I enlisted Caitlin to help me make some custom engraved cufflinks for our wedding. Again she was such an honest dream to work with. Of course the team at Jewellers Workshop were able to do it in time and they looked amazing! Ivan and I could not be happier that we got Jewellers Workshop to make our rings, from our first email they have been nothing but the best! For anyone reading this and looking for a Jeweller to make a bespoke piece. Do not look any further! The creativity that Caitlin presents in all of her designs and the finish that the team are able to accomplish is second to none! Ivan and I went to dozens of different jewellers both in NZ and in Germany and they all come back with the same boring design (especially for males). Not Jewellers Workshop. They sold us with Caitlin's AMAZING drawing and ideas. Nothing is too difficult for them. Let their creativity help to shape your unique jewellery dreams.    If you are seeking your own unique engagement ring and wedding bands, you have found the right place. We had the most amazing experience with Devon. We were looking for a top quality ruby in a pear shape for the engagement ring within our budget. we have been looking for at least 6-7 shops and Devon gave me the best option along with her professional advices. (Some shops they don’t even know what kind of gemstones they are selling, no certificate, no advice, no quality check). You should know what you are purchasing, especially if it is a meaningful ring to you. When we were planning for our wedding, we decided to come back and design our wedding bands as well. Devon was super helpful at visualising your preferences. We showed her some inspirations and she was able to demonstrated the design with different sizes and cuts of the diamonds. She sent us multiple 3D renders of the bands until we were both satisfied with the final design. Now, we are excited to wear our rings everyday.

   So impressed with absolutely everything! The service, quality, price and efficiency were all top. I went in with a few pieces to fix and adjust as well as a family heirloom ring to remodel. The team gave me plenty of various options, but we're actually spot on with the initial suggestion and picked my style perfectly. Everything was ready far quicker than expected and the quality of workmanship is outstanding.
