   I first visited DoR 9yrs ago when I got engaged. I visited several jewellers at the time, and they were the only staff to say “congratulations, tell us how he proposed!” which meant the world to this newly engaged couple. Their service was impeccable and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Fast forward 9yrs and I’ve had to unfortunately make an insurance claim to replace my ring. Again we received outstanding service- so transparent, warm and helpful. If you’re in need of any beautiful jewellery, you can’t go past DoR. Thanks so much to Matt, Michelle and the team for making my dream rings come true, twice.

   Great service from the team at DOR. My husband and I had our rings made there, and we get them cleaned and polished for free. My engagement ring was also damaged. Service was amazing! Lara had our rings couriered to and from and it took just under two weeks to have them repaired and cleaned and looking as good as new. Thank you
