This place is an absolute vibe! Shared some plates with a friend, had a drink or two and had a look around downstairs! Atmosphere is awesome! Service was 10/10
Came here for the VISAWOAP burger. The burger could've done with a little more seasoning as the patties were kind of flavourless, but the service and atmosphere was really nice. Really good drinks, and love that there are free refills on the soda.
Awesome place! Great vibe and amazing service. The wait staff took great care of us and we're super friendly. Will definitely be comming back!
What a disappointment. I booked a table to show my out of town friends some yummy food only to find that the menu was a reduce menu due to WOAP - which then forced us all into buying their overpriced tasteless burger. We were all greatly disappointed and felt ripped off. Why not tell us that the menu was going to be reduced on your website before booking a table! Won't be coming back in the future due to this experience.
We didnβt have a great experience at the Honey Badger. The food was absolutely fine. Good Burgers (get the double). But the service. Sadly we felt as we were an imposition and an inconvenience to the staff. They barely cracked a smile. Standoffish. I asked for serviettes and it was like I was poking a bear. They were more interested in taking photos of themselves behind the bar than providing service. And it wasnβt as if they were short staffed. Re the atmosphere, the DJ music was too loud and it was hard to hear our conversation. And sure, we were a group of over 40s but still it was too loud for somewhere thatβs predominantly an eatery. The impression I got is that the staff were there for their own entertainment and we were an unwelcome distraction.
Matthew, our waiter, was the highlight of our dining experience. Their fantastic recommendations made for an amazing night
Unfortunately not a great experience. Possibly the busiest night of the year with loads of customers on their way to a concert at the Stadium, the restaurant appeared totally unprepared. The poor staff were run off their feet & did an amazing job of handling a huge volume of people in a relatively short timeframe, however many of the items on the menu ran out eg chicken, wraps, salad, some beer etc and there were long waits for food. Would have been better to turn people away & provide a better experience (particularly for those who had booked) than try to accommodate so many. When it did arrive, the food was good.
Well priced friendly atmosphere good food and quick service, even when full of office workers on a Friday lunchtime.
Dark and broody with a great upstairs outdoor option. Staff are excellent and range of beers and cocktails on tap always pleases. Burgers. Well. Just look below
Excellent vegetarian burger options, the Albert was super delicious! Great giant curly fries. Quick friendly service.
