    Nice reserve. When you walk down the path go LEFT, to the actual boardwalk, not right. Boardwalk was well maintained but we went at low tide so there wasn’t much to see. We did see an eel which was cool. If you have time, do it. But if you don’t have time, the Kauri Glen and Patuone reserve are much more worth it.

    Good quiet spot in town for a walk or run. Connects to jaggers bush for those that want a longer run. Nice at sunset time.

    This is a really lovely onleash spot to walk your dog. *there are close by off leash areas too, per my images). Quiet and an easy path to follow. The downsides are all the rubbish that has collected amongst the mangroves and the path could do with a good trim back, but my pupper and I enjoy this spot, as a calmer alternative to Meola Reef Reserve next door.
