   Mixed feelings... got 3 tattoos from them in last 1-2 years but just now decided to leave a review. My first ever tattoo with them was wonderful, they have skilled artists and the whole experience was great but my second one? not so much... from the same artist, I asked for a similar design to my first one (with some geometric shapes) but with a snow leopard. I sent a couple references and everything was going good. It took the artist 2 month to draw it which I didn't mind but in these 2 months I've gotten 0 updates, not even a sketch. The night of the appointment (around 12am) I got the first update he sent me a finished design and I didn't like some parts. There were flowers that I didn't ask for and all that. So I asked for some fixes and the artist got annoyed and blamed me for not telling him things (He never asked for any clarifications, didn't send me a single update or sketch). The price was also never discussed so I assumed it was gonna be similar to the first one I got but it ended up being 2x more expensive. I did panic and agreed to get the tattoo with the changes I wanted but I still didn't like the final version. It's been a year now and every time I see this tattoo I hate it more and more. At least it's a constant reminder that people pleasing won't get me anywhere lol (I'll be getting a coverup as soon as I can I hate it). So yea don't let them pressure u like they did me. don't be afraid to speak up and say no because u r spending a lot of money for something that will stay on ur body forever oh also my third tattoo (idk y I came back to them I was young and dumb) it was a tiny one and I drew the design... they tried to charge me 100$ for it... I ended up getting it for 80$ which I think is still too much. It's my own design and it took 5mins to tattoo so ya. not coming back.

   I came in for a snake eye piercing, but the bleeding wouldn’t stop. I followed all the aftercare instructions exactly, and I wasn’t doing anything that could have aggravated it. I reached out to the piercer multiple times because I was really worried, but I didn’t feel like I was getting enough support. She kept saying it was normal and not that bad, so I trusted her and waited. By Day 4, it was still bleeding—badly. My mouth was sticking together because of all the dried blood, and the jewelry kept catching. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort the entire time. Eventually, I went to another professional piercing shop for a second opinion. They told me the piercing was placed too far back, which was likely the reason for all the bleeding. They also said snake eye piercings are usually done at the tip of the tongue, not where mine was done. I’m now at the hospital getting it looked at (for removal of the excess tissue coming from my tongue), and honestly, I’m frustrated and upset. I feel like the piercer might not have had enough experience with this specific type of piercing, and if that was the case, I wish she had just told me. Instead, I ended up suffering because of poor technique and a lack of proper care after.

   This place is awesome! I came a couple of hours before they closed as a walk in to get a simple lightsaber done. TOOS was fantastic. He did exactly what I wanted and even worked on the art that worked best.

   Awesome place. All the artists were super nice and professional. I did a walk in and Marco was able to get me in and absolutely killed it on my tattoo. I'll DEFINITELY come back for another if I ever come back to Auckland!!

   Marco is amazing!!!! We got 3 tattoos from him last week. He is so kind and friendly and line work is so good. He really helped us design wise and was very patient when figuring out sizes and positioning. Very reasonably priced also for the quality. Thanks Marco :))

   Went in here today right after I’d gotten my nose piercing a bit mangled at another place I’d gone to get my jewellery changed. The piercer was so nice and put a stud in for me. Was pretty painless considering how sore the piercing was in general. It was super hygienic with everything sealed too. Am so thankful I came in here on my way past, I would definitely get a piercing here
