   Went in and booked a sunbed, to then arrive at appointment time and be told I'm not allowed to use them as im a skin type 1 when asked what? DI don't understand, she said my boss said 'no' you will just burn I explained that I've used sunbeds dozens of times and she just looked at me. By the way. I'm brunette with no freckles who can burn in the sun in nz if im in the sun all day. I dont usually sunbath as i try to look after my skin. I am a type 3 if anything. Type one is red head with freckles who just burns lol. As a manager of a business. If unsure ask questions of your clients. Don't just assume by a few random questions on a piece of paper without talking to the person. Also a smile goes along way.

   Everything is great about this family owned friendly business. I’ve been particularly impressed by the Spray Tan which is quick, easy and effective at a reasonable price. No faffing about with appointments and weird nude poses in front of a stranger again!

   Starting with a positive - the ladies were so lovely and helpful. I feel bad giving a lower review because they were genuinely really nice and I wanted the tan to turn out well. I followed all their instructions and have received tans from other places and had great results with the same prep - post tan work. Unfortunately my tan didn't turn out as I hoped. The machine left dotted "spray" like patterns all over my body that was noticeable when it started to develop. The tone was particularly orange compared to other places I have been were I was able to get a deep spray tan that looked bronzy, despite my pale skin. The worst part is that the tan maybe lasted 4 days? Super odd, I left it on the extended recommended time so I don't know why this is. I had to apply everyday Bondi Sands tanner which turned out darker and lasted longer. For $40 this was a waste of money. I would advise against going here if you have an important event and want to look polished. If you just need a quick tan and $40 doesn't matter to you - it would be okay.

   I went in to get a spray tan today and the lady there was super nice, she's starting to set up the place really nicely now and the tan was super quick and easy as always. Can't wait to see how she incorporates beauty treatments such as brows and lashes, definitely will go back there + hopefully try out the new treatments!

   The staff I talked to were super nice!! So not a low review because of her at all but the spray tan was insanely loud I showered after about 8 hours and have seen this! And it’s not coming off with scrubbing

   Really impressed with the girl on the desk (Ally? Ellie?) both times ive been in and she has been working and spoken with her to make a booking shes been extremely polite and informative as opposed to disinterested or distracted which was my only prior issue when previously visiting the business... Great place but great staff make the experience far better. No offense to previous staff, i am just very impressed with her knowledge.

   Good service and a clean and tidy operation. The spray tanning option did not work out for me. Fully automatic and was blotchy. Also very pricy. The fast suntan Stand up capsule is very good
