Had my first of what will be many treatments. Got the lymphatic leg massage and it was fantastic. I have had lymphoedema for years and this massage was devine. My legs feel lighter and longer... They aren't longer, they just feel so good! I will be heading back for an ayervedic massage next and can't wait.
The Ayurvedic head massage I received from Jeevan was exemplary. I was put at ease and given an explanation of the process. It was both deeply relaxing as well as very invigorating. I've been here for a couple of treaments (massage and facial). Javeen (the co-owner and aesthetician) is wonderful. She is passionate about what she does with a holistic approach. I really felt looked after all round during my treatments. Overall fantastic.
Fully trust Jeevan, she is amazing with being transparent on how the process is and how everything works. She detailed a specific plan for me. She is very knowledgeable and is happy to share this. Set up is very clean and relaxing.
