   From the moment I walked in to Voila Beauty Therapy, I felt welcomed and at ease. Tracey’s service is personal and attentive, with no judgement. If you feel like chatting she’s funny and insightful, and if you’d rather enjoy quiet time to yourself she creates that space too. The massage itself was superb: relaxing yet firm enough to ease out the knots and aches I’d been carrying for weeks. Every movement felt purposeful and tailored to what my body needed that day, adjusting the pressure perfectly. It’s rare to find such skill combined with genuine care, and I left feeling lighter, looser and genuinely refreshed. Any treatment at Voila Beauty Therapy is the perfect tonic for those needing to escape the seasonal stresses of work, family or home life. Excellent value for money and an experience I can’t recommend highly enough!

   I had a luxury facial with Tracey and it was like no other facial I have ever had. I felt so cared for and informed and comfortable the whole way through.    Have had my eyelashes and eyebrows shaped and tinted a few times by Tracey. Love getting them done! Makes me feel made up as soon as I wake up! Tracey's lovely, warm, and professional manner makes you feel very relaxed and safe.... which is uber important when someone is doing something around your eyes!! I also like the way she offers suggestions in a non-pushy way. Thanks Tracey... I'll be back!
